TASKS

› Expansion and Maintenance of Customer Relationships: Cultivate and nurture lasting relationships with our valued clients.

› Development of New Sales Strategies: Innovate and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.

› Representation of the Company at Professional Events and Trade Fairs: Be the face of Piterionat key industry events, showcasing our expertise and capabilities.

› Business Development and Specification of New Market and Customer Topics: Identify and develop new business opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

› Preparation of Offers in Collaboration with and for Specialized Departments: Work closely with different teams to create compelling proposals.

› Escalation Management: Handle and resolve any issues swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction.

› Forecasting and Reporting in Sales: Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports to inform business decisions.

› Professional Exchange Within Teams: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth among team members.

› Professional and Disciplinary Responsibility as well as Personnel Development in Sales and Marketing.

PROFILE

› Experience: Intensive experience in process consulting.

› Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with IT and OEM environments. Knowledge in PLM is an advantage.

› Skills: Strong negotiation skills, a robust personality, and a high degree of customer and success orientation.

› Communication: Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle pressure.

› Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 20-60% depending on the place of residence.

› Languages: Fluent in German and English.
